“Bad experience”
It was one of the worst experiences I've had; the reception mocked me while I tried to check out after 30 minutes because of a technical issue, and they threatened to complain if I didn't pay 1000. I was alone talking to reception, and when my spouse arrived, they spoke completely differently. Previously, a customer had mistreated me, and the matter was taken to court; the hotel reception is utterly useless and unprofessional. I don't recommend it. The reception and customers are not treated professionally, and the tone changes only when they learn you’re a fiancé or husband.

The clean rooms really stood out, and the staff were polite. The only downside was that breakfast was only delivered to the room and it wasn’t very good, plus there’s no restaurant inside the hotel.
