Nature. Around the NP the area is not well maintained.
We decided to escape city hustle, car exhaust and other problems with a friend and chose Chagala Bautino Hotel, booked it, and set off! On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by its location on the shore of a small bay of the Caspian Sea! In summer it’s a beautiful spot for swimming, very clean water! We were greeted very warmly, processed quickly, and settled in! The room exceeded all expectations! Very comfortable, with a balcony. Large (very comfortable bed), a working table, an integrated “buffet” for tea supplies with a fridge, built‑in plate cabinets! Everything in excellent condition! Cleanliness was ideal! Now about food! Breakfast was included in the price. A wide variety of dishes, fruits and vegetables, baked goods. I didn’t notice any food in hotels for a long time! Great gratitude to the hotel management for the excellent organization of service and for the staff’s attentiveness and responsiveness!

The best hotel we stayed at in Kazakhstan – the staff were friendly, professional and spoke English. Rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet and fully equipped, and the view over the Caspian Sea bay was great. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options.
The hotel is exactly a 3‑star property. As they position themselves, that’s what it is. Accommodation, food, service… everything is as it should be. No less than 3 stars. There is a complete lack of local flavor in the food.

Chagala Hotel in Batumi leaves only the most pleasant impressions, and you definitely want to return! What especially pleased me: Service and hospitality: The staff are incredibly polite, attentive and responsive. Any question is solved instantly, you feel genuine care for guests. Restaurant and kitchen: The work of chefs and waiters is a separate delight! Chefs surprise with original presentation and incredibly tasty, unusual dishes, while waiters work in harmony, proactively and create a special warm atmosphere at the table. Grounds and security: The hotel grounds are impeccably clean and well‑maintained. A separate plus is 24‑hour security at the parking lot, you can be absolutely calm about your car. Leisure and sports: Excellent sports facilities for those who love active rest. In the evening it’s nice to spend time in a stylish bar with a good selection of drinks or relax while watching a film in the hotel’s own cinema. Location: The sea is within walking distance – literally a couple of minutes, and you’re already on the beach! Excellent balance of comfort, security, gastronomic pleasure and entertainment. A great choice for family holidays or trips with friends! Everything was liked.
