“Dizaina un mākslas "teātris" Latgales laukos”
You can’t judge this hotel by conventional standards—it feels more like a historic building, and the owners in the deep Latgale countryside have created a unique design atmosphere that’s worth visiting just for that uniqueness. Every detail of the theatrical interior is thoughtfully considered, and as such it deflects any harsh criticism about workmanship or quality. I recommend setting aside a half‑hour to explore all the rooms that are open to the public if you’re not staying as a guest. Everything is clean and tidy, with no televisions or wardrobes that would spoil the design. On the downside, the shared bathrooms are a communal feature that should not be taken for granted to avoid comparing it to a hostel, because the setup is at the level of a design hotel. The surrounding area feels noticeably less polished than the interior, yet it is well lit at night. A stronger Wi‑Fi router that covers the entire building would be needed, because mobile internet is practically unavailable.
