I asked for a late check‑in and never got a clear answer. When I got to the hotel it was shut, and I tried calling the numbers on the sign but got no reply. I almost had to spend the night on the street because of the timing. The next day they finally answered, but they were rude, denied a refund, and kept insulting me while refusing to take responsibility. I’m utterly appalled.

I paid €10 for a luggage storage while waiting for my train, even though other colleagues at different hotels had that service included.

Charging €10 to leave a bag for a few hours when you’re a guest at the hotel feels excessive, especially since my friends who stayed elsewhere didn’t have to pay extra for that.

The location was great, but we were handed the key before the room was ready, the bed wasn’t made, the towels were missing, and the linens hadn’t been changed.
