I liked the room’s cleanliness, the price‑quality ratio, and the calm, quiet, picturesque area. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in Batumi, after switching from three others. The staff are responsive and breakfast is tasty.

The hotel was nice, clean, cozy, with a new mattress, fresh linens, bathrobes, and slippers. The view of the city is simply mesmerizing, but the address listed on Booking is wrong: the house is not number 1 but number 10, which is much higher up the hill, inconvenient for people with mobility issues. The address on Booking is incorrect.

The rooms are very nice, clean, and well equipped. There’s a lovely terrace overlooking Batumi. The hostess is very friendly.
