“Wonderful hotel, good location and rooftop!”

Polite and friendly staff, a rooftop with great views, a spacious and clean room, and a good breakfast made the stay enjoyable, and the location was ideal for restaurants and the lake. However, the kitchen staff were slow with tea and coffee at breakfast, the coffee itself was not very good, sachets were provided in the room but no milk, the pool was great but very cold, and there was a lot of noise from the bar and the room above throughout the night.

The location in Pokhara Lakeside is good, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, the air conditioning works well, the staff are very friendly, and the price‑quality ratio is very good.

The hotel’s location is great, but the breakfast offers little variety and could be better in quality. The pool area is fine, yet the whirlpool water was foamy brown around the edge. The booked manicure and pedicure are not recommended, and for a 4‑star hotel also called “…and Spa,” I expected more. The bed sheets had stains on them.

The biggest highlight of the hotel is the rooftop infinity pool with a view of the snow mountains, though it gets crowded. The rooms are small but include a balcony. The staff’s attitude is not proactive or enthusiastic.

The hotel offers good value for money, a great breakfast, and excellent staff and housekeeping. The rooms are modern with modern TVs and a balcony, and everything is well maintained.
