スタッフさんがとても親切でした。スタッフのお陰で設備が整っていないながらも安心した滞在ができました。ロケーションがよく、ガラタ側の観光にとても便利でした。ベッド、タオル等は清潔で気持ち良く寝れました。. 全体的に設備が古いです。部屋の鍵が難しい、窓がとても薄く外の音がかなり聞こえる、シャワーのお湯が出ない、などがありました。

“this hotel has a perfect location, great value”

We were a bit worried after reading some online reviews, but our experience was absolutely excellent! The price perfectly matches the value. Yes, there were a few minor maintenance issues in the room, but they were completely trivial. The hotel has a beautiful interior inside a historic building. The location is perfect for walking to major sights. The staff was kind and helpful every day, and the breakfast was tasty with many choices. It truly was a wonderful stay and I will stay here again. Ahaha, dear owners, if you replace the bedding with new sheets and fix the shower head and cabinet just to raise the prices -- please leave it exactly as it is :)

Betten voll mit Flecken, ab 2 Uhr hatten wir keinen Strom mehr, der Kühlschrank übergekleckert, die eine Bettlampe ist abmontiert und bei der anderen schauen nur noch die Kabel heraus.Warmwasser gibt es auch nur manchmal! Das Badezimmer ist die noch größere Katastrophe. Die Lüftung ist total voll geschimmelt so wie jeder einzelne Fuge und Duschkopf in der Dusche. Die Handtücher stinken total und sind dreckig. Auf der Toilette kann man nicht normal sitzen, da sie direkt vor dem Waschbecken montiert ist. Die toilettenbrille ist nicht fest montiert und verrutscht. Warmwasser gibt es auch nur manchmal. Aus dem Abflüssen riecht es stark. Ich könnte noch viele weitere Dinge aufzählen. Allgemein ist unser Zimmer eine Katastrophe

“Preis-Leistung ist gut, allerdings nichts für mehr als 2 Tage.”

Die Lage direkt in der Stadt und der Preis waren super. Sehr kleines und dunkles Zimmer, nachts war es sehr laut durch andere Hotelgäste
