I booked this Room, but when my family and I arrived, the manager told us there was no room available. We only learned this after we got to the hotel, which caused a lot of inconvenience and disappointment. We had to leave without staying, even though we had a confirmed booking. I’m very upset with this experience and ask that appropriate action be taken.

The view was exactly as advertised, and the place is close to town and budget‑friendly. However, they tried to overcharge, and the parking wasn’t sufficient even though parking facilities were mentioned. I was reminded to turn on the pressure pumps every time, and the hot water sometimes didn’t work. The place needs better maintenance; if it did, it would be a really good spot to stay.
