“A bit of effort would help”

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it was marred by a few major issues. The hotel itself is quite new and has a lovely exterior, with a great location that's perfect for exploring. The staff were also super helpful and friendly, which was a big plus. But, the bed was a total letdown - the mattress was way too hard and I didn't get a good night's sleep. And, to be honest, the communication was pretty poor too.

“OK for a short stay- Value can be better”

The hotel's location is a major plus - it's literally a stone's throw away from the road that leads to the Kruger National Park entry gate, making it super convenient for early morning safaris. However, the cleanliness of the hotel could use some improvement, and I was a bit surprised to find that similar hotels in bigger places were actually cheaper. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for a hassle-free stay near the park, but don't expect any frills.

“My experience is not good”

The location of this hotel is its biggest plus - it's literally just a stone's throw away from Kaziranga National Park, which was a huge plus for us as we were there to spot the rhinos. However, our stay was marred by a full night of no electricity and an infestation of mosquitoes and other insects that made it hard to sleep. Despite the staff's efforts to provide us with candles and fans, the lack of power and the biting insects made for a pretty uncomfortable night.

Location is close to Kaziranga National Park and the people are nice & helpful but the situation that we were put in was not nice. I had booked a different stay & those guys called & asked to cancel theirs stating they didn't have rooms left & told I will get a better room here for the same price. Upon reaching these guys told they had no such conversation with anyone and asked us to pay a higher price (actual price of their room) Ultimately settled for a middle price but the room given was also non AC & not so great. It worked thanks to the weather not being too hot but would've been a problem otherwise. The rooms were old & not so clean, towels had holes, sheets were old and stained. Blanket was good. There were lizards everywhere constantly making sounds if not showing up & had to deal with a lot of lizard poop everywhere. When I told them they said cleaning staff is not available in the evening so had to live like that only. The room given also looked like a last remaining one even tho I had made a proper booking . It was at the end of a long corridor & wifi was at entrance so there was basically no wifi reaching there either. Not coming back

It's a nice clean property for your kaziranga national park visit. It is located around 1 km from the national park and there is a safari booking counter in front of the hotel. Staff are polite and helpful. Wifi and hotwater available in the hotel. Food available in hotel, except lunch and food options are limited in walking distance, but available in range of 1km
