Cafés, restaurants and bars are a two‑minute walk; Große Freiheit and Red Light District five minutes away. S‑Bahn connects to Central Station and Jungfernstieg; harbour and St. Pauli district are under ten minutes’ walk.

Very alternative place for those wanting a true experience of the lifestyle experienced by people formerly at the location (read on it). Great location and good value for money. Easy check in and pictures as described. Absolutely no shelves or storage for clothes. There was just a bad and two chairs. I did expect to have some eccentricities, but no furniture for luggage or clothes is insane, especially for a private room
