Wonderful hotel, spotless, very helpful staff, tasty breakfasts and dinners. The pool and spa were excellent. It was a real pleasure to receive attention and a birthday present for my daughter.
“Luxurious relaxing hotel in the Dolomites - would definitely recommend!”
We stayed in a room with a terrace and the views were incredible. The room was much larger than it appeared in the photos and very modern. Every staff member was attentive and friendly. The many small touches made the stay amazing – we were hiking in the Dolomites and the hotel supplied maps. Breakfast offered a buffet with cold meats, fruit, barista drinks, and a cook‑to‑order egg selection. Tables were labeled with our room number and names, a lovely personal detail. From 1.30‑5 pm daily a snack buffet was included, and from 1.30‑3 pm fresh pasta was available each day – a real bonus after long hikes. One evening there was a wine tasting from 7‑8 pm, which helped us feel welcomed and brought guests together. Dinner was top‑quality, with traditional or Mediterranean options, a four‑course meal and great wines. The hotel blends a ski chalet vibe with a modern spa feel, and the views are stunning. It’s a 15‑20‑minute walk into Castelrotto. The hotel was very dog‑friendly; we couldn’t bring him into the restaurant, but he could sit on our terrace and the outdoor bar area, which made the stay even better. Parking was underground with easy‑to‑use EV charging. The only suggestion is that the terrace rooms could have hedging all the way to the end for more privacy, but otherwise we loved everything.
Great place, the workers in the hotel are nice

The king room with garden terrace was beautiful, the bed excellent, the outdoor pool superb, and the gym good. The food was excellent. The dining room was always far too hot and the owners didn’t like windows being opened, so there was no ambience at all in the dining areas; they needed music and better lighting. There was no iron in the room and they charged to iron items, which for £350/night I’d expect to be free. The room amenities were very basic – only a shampoo/shower gel, no conditioner, no coffee machine, just a kettle, no fresh milk or cartons, and the air‑con couldn’t be set below 20 °C.
