I booked an Xclusiv room that I’d definitely recommend; it was super comfy with sleek, modern décor and the Samsung smart TV worked flawlessly. The pool was small but usable, and the roof‑terrace café offered nice sea views, though the room itself didn’t have great views.

The hotel is new, pretty, modern, with a welcoming staff and a great location, but it’s already become very dirty. The room was filthy, the linens were stained, the towels were even worse, the bathroom was grimy, and there was no cleaning at all. We asked for fresh linens and a clean room on the first day because everything was stained and covered in other guests’ hair; they only changed the sheet and promised to clean the room the next day because the cleaning staff were absent. The next day nothing changed, and they said we should have hung a sign asking for cleaning, but there was no sign in the room. A day later, cleaning finally arrived and only changed the linens. Everything else stayed dirty: shampoos and gels weren’t replaced, floors weren’t swept, and the toilet and sink weren’t cleaned. The lack of cleanliness really ruined the experience, even though the staff were very friendly, smiling, promising, but nothing really changed. The location is great, close to Mandrem, Ashwem, and Morjim beaches. I’m not sure if there are cleaner hotels nearby, probably not. At least it’s modern, and the staff genuinely try, which I appreciate, but the hotel really needs consistent cleaning and new linens.
