The staff were friendly, but the room was filthy, the furniture was broken with cracks in the wood, and both the room and the hallway were generally shabby.

I walked into the room and was hit with a wave of stench that made my stomach turn. It smelled like wet carpet and stale cigarettes. The staff offered to move me to a different floor, but the whole place looked like a dingy cave. I didn't want to spend another minute there, so I checked out after just five minutes. To make matters worse, they didn't even offer a refund.

We were really impressed with the service at this hotel, especially from Lee at the front desk. He's a great guy who goes out of his way to help guests. The night shift lady is also friendly and professional. The rest of the hotel is fine, but these two make it stand out.
