This hotel is a total disaster - it looks nothing like the pictures. The outdoor pool is a dirty eyesore, and the breakfast options are all wrong for European tastes. The beds are ridiculously hard, and the whole place feels really run down.

I had a bit of a nightmare when my flight to Nanning got rescheduled for 4am, so I tried to cancel my room, but the hotel never got back to me. Not exactly the best customer service, especially when you're dealing with a last-minute change like that.
