The staff were very courteous, and getting to the hotel from the train station was easy—just a short walk. Overall, the stay was good: the in‑room hot spring was nice and the water volume was fine. The hair dryer wasn’t wall‑mounted, but the bed and pillows were comfortable. The air‑conditioning paired with a fan was refreshing. The breakfast area had a play zone, and the kids loved the slide. The room I stayed in had a small Japanese dining table, which was great. The breakfast was a mix of Western and Asian dishes, but the kids ended up eating some eggshells, and the buffet items were rather ordinary.

The location is convenient, the room lets you soak in the hot spring, the staff are friendly, and there’s a small play area for kids, perfect for families with toddlers. The hotel feels a bit dated; the rooms are clean but damp, and the sound insulation is a little poor—there’s some noise, but it’s not very clear.
