The food and restaurant required a lot of improvement; it was very poor.
The location and facilities were excellent, with a superb view of Abbottabad. Thandiani Top is a 45‑minute drive from the hotel, though the road is patchy. The staff, particularly Shahzad and Waseem, were very friendly and helpful. Sound insulation could be improved.
