The Zone 1 central spot is very close to the tube, buses, and Victoria mainline station, yet it feels quiet and friendly despite its centrality. Shops, restaurants, bars, and theatres are nearby. Staff are always polite and helpful, offering to carry bags up the stairs, etc. Rooms are fresh, modern, and impeccably clean. No negative points.

“Fab location, clean rooms, simple and good value”

The location was spot‑on and close to Victoria, which was perfect for visiting Hamilton without breaking the bank. The rooms were small but clean and served well as a base. Check‑in was quick and easy. The staff could have been a bit more efficient; we had to wait about fifteen minutes to check out because the desk was empty while another couple was still checking in. I eventually rang the hotel to get someone to help.

The area was very safe and nice, close to trains, tubes, and theatres, and easy to reach. Staff were very nice and helpful, available when needed. The room had everything required for a base: sleep, shower, and no noise, except a faint tube sound that wasn’t too bad. The bed was comfy, the room was adequate in size, the bathroom was clean with a good shower, the door needed a small repair and a drain freshener, but overall it was fine and fully suitable. I would recommend and stay again. Nothing major; everything was good, the place was lovely, and staff were pleasant and helpful.
