I loved the overall experience, but when I entered the room I found a hanger on the floor, which meant it hadn't been vacuumed.

The breakfast selection felt very thin.

Conveniently situated, yet the parking lot is tiny with narrow spots and the shower water pressure is weak.

There was no breakfast, and a water leak in the ceiling prevented me from using my downstairs room.

The bed was comfy, but the facility suffered from a water leak during major renovation, the toilet in my room ran nonstop all night, the blackout curtains couldn’t close, and the parking lot lights shone directly into my third‑floor room, keeping me awake.
