The location was easy to walk to where we needed to go, yet the bed felt far too hard and the pillows were far too soft, making comfort impossible.

The staff were super friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, but the area felt a bit congested and could get loud because the hospital is right next door; otherwise the location was fine.

The pillows were the best we found on our two‑week trip, the room was VERY comfortable and clean, and the breakfast staff were among the best we met; the only issue was that we liked our windows open and a couple smoking by their car had smoke drift in through the window.
