“Прекрасное место для отдыха в самом сердце города.”
Two spacious rooms, perfect location right in the city centre. The staff were wonderful, always ready to help, and the bed was huge. It was noisy from the start of the morning, but that’s just the central street where crowds are always present, not a hotel fault.

Great, the room turned out to be an apartment (no kitchen). All was fine.
“Confrontational owner, nice location”
The location was good. There was no kettle, we had to step over the thresholds ten times, but the worst was the attitude of the lady I think is the owner. I’ve been back a few days and don’t feel like writing a very negative review while looking back on a nice holiday. So I’d say go to Wernigerode, but book a different hotel.

“Gezellige stad met een mooi knus verblijf”
The location was spot on—right in the lovely centre. The room was cosy and clean, with a lovely big bed. We slept on the top floor, which meant a few flights of stairs up. Overall everything was fine, but we parked in the garage near the Gothic Haus/Hotel. We arrived at 18:30, left the next day at 10:30, and had to pay €21!! That’s absurdly expensive. It’s better to use another parking spot a bit further away. Two whole days were charged.
