The location was great, and Cala St Vicente was lovely. However, our kids were playing ping‑pong and annoyed some older guests; the reception staff reacted by yelling at the kids, which was unacceptable. Other than that, everything was fine.

The location is fantastic, yet the rooms are very outdated. There was mold on the bathtub rim, peeling wall paint, a musty smell, and the mattresses were not up to standard.
