The old‑school accommodation was basic but had everything you need. The staff were polite, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the parking was spacious. Recommended.

Breakfast was good. The mattress and bathroom left something to be desired.

Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The quiet setting was perfect for us since we had our own car; the hotel is about 3 km from Perugia centre, so a bit isolated from other buildings. The staff were helpful, giving us tips on places to visit or restaurants. Cleanliness was high, with linens changed daily. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Room with a small balcony and nice view of the green area, good bathroom. It could use a bit of refurbishment, and it felt like the hotel was mainly aimed at couples looking for a place for (paid?) love.
