Host Deen and his wife were absolutely amazing. We received a welcome drink, they assisted us with everything, and communication was smooth. The accommodation was super clean, with indoor seating or a terrace for eating, and the host provided everything we needed. They prepared a perfect breakfast for us. Thank you for everything; I can 100 % recommend this place.

Deen was very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was lovely, clean, and spacious. The garden is nice and the parking is secure. I felt very safe and comfortable here. Nothing to dislike.

The apartment manager was very pleasant and stayed in touch all the time (even well before check‑in), suggested tasty local spots, and guided us on how to get from Colombo to Unawatuna. The stay was comfortable—towels, hot water, Wi‑Fi were all provided. Breakfast was delicious (fruit, papaya juice, fried eggs, sausages, toast with butter and jam). Expectations matched reality. Everything was pleasant and hospitable.

The manager is incredible, making you feel at home. He helps with everything you need, accompanies you wherever you go, even helps you shop if required. He’s attentive from the moment you arrive at the airport. The treatment feels like being with family. He’s a fantastic person who also advises and finds ways to get you to your next destination. I can’t thank him enough for all the help. The breakfast is abundant and excellent. I will definitely return.

Everything was perfect; Din and Bruno were attentive and full of good advice. Everything is close by. The rooms are great and spacious. Nothing to complain about.
