La Quinta by Wyndham South Bend

“Very easy to check in very clean facility very friendly staff very nice room!”

It’s close to the airport. Nothing else to complain about—it was great.

“Excelente custo-benefício, hotel silencioso, funcionários cordiais.”

The hotel is simple, but I found the facilities surprisingly good for the price and description. The lobby and dining area have been renovated, and the room amenities are excellent. The room is spacious. Even though it’s next to the airport, the windows are sound‑proofed and the hotel stays quiet. Receptionists JAY and V.J. were very friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here! Nothing else to note.

“Good location and value for stay. Just need to be more mindful of those still sleeping in the morning.”

The place is well located and easy to reach. On the morning of checkout, the cleaning crew was noisy in the hallway; checkout is at 11 am and we were still sleeping, so the disturbance woke us earlier than we intended.

The place had a really calm vibe that I liked, but the pool still felt like it was in the middle of a cleaning session.

“Don’t stay here.”

The location was fine for our event, and the front desk manager who tried to help us was nice. However, for 3 of the 4 nights there was no A/C, the room was very humid, and I couldn’t get the owner to respond to fix it. They were sold out until the last night and moved us to a terrible room with road noise, a leaky shower head, a big slant in the floor that made the chest drawers open on their own and items fall off the top, no sink stopper, and ice and hair in the fridge’s bottom. At least the A/C worked!
