“Exceptional”
I loved the customer service from check‑in onward, especially the breakfast helped by Kerri who was super professional and accommodating, but the breakfast itself was lacking.

The breakfast bar was the best I’ve seen in any hotel.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is good, but the bed was too firm and hard for my taste.
