The whole thing started off on the right foot thanks to Mr. Luiz, who was incredibly helpful even before we arrived. The room itself was spot‑on, and the place is just a stone’s throw from downtown with its own parking. Everything we needed was taken care of by the folks at Dona Zenta.

The room felt clean and comfortable, which was exactly what I wanted. The only drawback was the lack of a proper hygienic shower – that part could use an upgrade.

The cottage looks just like the pictures and feels super cozy; we loved strolling around on foot because the spot is right in the middle of everything. Waking up to the mountains was unforgettable, and Luiz was friendly, full of tips, and the breakfast was tasty. Parking is a bit steep, but it’s easy enough to manage and you can always leave the car on the quiet, safe streets.

Our two‑night stay at Chalé Dona Zenta was flawless – the place is spotless, tidy, and feels really homey, with obvious care in every detail. The hosts were warm and attentive, especially Mr. Luiz, whose kindness made us feel truly welcomed. We left with great memories and will definitely be back.

The chalet is just a six‑minute walk from the city center, and the whole building is tidy and well‑organized. I was greeted nicely, got amazing views that made for great photos, and the quiet atmosphere was a real bonus. I can’t think of anything that bothered me.
