The hotel’s location next to the park and its affordable price were great, but the room was small and not very comfortable.

The location was close to the Futuroscope, 15 minutes on foot, and the bedding was decent—except for the third bed under the floor. The bed was wobbly, there was no toothbrush next to the toilet, so when you see the limescale and grime you’re not tempted to ask about it. The room was poorly insulated and noisy when people passed by. My kids asked for a knife to cut their pizza at reception; they were told a wooden knife for 1 € was available, but a little more sympathy could have made the stay better.

It’s what it is, and you can’t expect more for what you pay, so it can’t be compared to other hotels. It’s not far from the Futuroscope, which was what I wanted, and the staff were very friendly.
