The location is a highlight of the hotel; you can walk to many sights, and there are good restaurants within 500 m such as EntreCote, Almanara, and Copan, plus the Bacio de Latte ice cream shop, with more affordable options under 100 m that still offer good quality.

“Excelente custo/benefício”

The staff were helpful and friendly, the room and bathroom were very comfortable and well equipped, breakfast was excellent with a wide variety, it sits in the city center, and the free parking is a bonus.

A great place to stay right in downtown São Paulo!

The spot is great, the front desk and housekeeping are friendly and clean. I've been coming for years, usually staying from Friday to Sunday once a month, but the last three visits had recurring issues that weren't fixed. First, the last three rooms I booked all had flooded bathrooms – water leaked from the shower, toilet, and tub, the floors were loose and the tiles had mold. Second, breakfast used to be excellent, but now the variety is limited and items aren't restocked. Third, there's no system for ordering an omelet, egg or tapioca at breakfast; the staff don't take notes, don't mark tables, deliver to the wrong table and forget your order. In the most recent stay, on both days I requested an omelet, it never arrived, the staff forgot to order it, and when they finally brought it it was on the wrong table. I had already mentioned this last month, so please have a way to note the table, serve in order, or otherwise organize it.
