The hotel is very good, the room was clean, organized, and well-lit. It’s close to the valley of vineyards. Breakfast was excellent, offering many hot and cold dishes plus a good selection of cakes. Everything was great, I have nothing to complain about. I don’t think there’s much else to do, but the check‑in process could be quicker since we’re repeat guests.

Breakfast was tasty and varied, the room was spotlessly clean, the shower was hot and powerful. The bed and sheets were very comfortable.

Excellent location, spotless rooms, superb breakfast and a great restaurant, but the lack of natural airflow was disappointing—the room windows don’t open, there are no windows in the corridors or bathrooms, and the exhaust fan is weak; the pool has almost no natural light and no windows, and the advertised jacuzzi was broken. I called reception twice on Saturday afternoon; the staff member promised to send someone up himself, yet after waiting 1 hour 30 minutes nothing happened, which is why I gave a low rating for the staff—feeling disrespected as a paying guest.

Parking is paid, and breakfast had a lot of items but low quality.
