“I had a truly special stay and really enjoyed it.”
The location and the staff's service were excellent. Everyone was very kind. The area right in front of the hotel was a bit dirty, so I thought it would be better if they cleaned it up

I’m writing this review only to be constructive because the property has potential. The location is very close to the pyramids, Sarah is incredibly kind and helpful, and the drivers who accompanied us were always friendly and punctual. The property has potential, and the breakfast terrace is really nice. The road in front of the property is isolated, dirty, and smells of horse manure, especially right under the balconies of the rooms. The entrance of the property is dilapidated with old, worn-out armchairs. The same goes for the corridor and the room used for changing linens. Cleaning is almost absent. We had booked two rooms but ended up renting one in another hotel. Those who stayed there had the room cleaned well, and even a day before departure the sink broke, risking injury. The photos are very far from reality, and that’s not how guests are welcomed.

The hotel sits in a spot where you can see the Sphinx, the Pyramids, and all the surrounding sights at once. From the entrance to the exit, all the staff were very friendly, engaged, and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious, and having it with the view made the experience unique. The person serving breakfast took great photos of us. When we left, the receptionist gave us two gifts. They were very kind and warm. The only downside was that the area around the hotel was a bit noisy at night due to the nightlife.

We stayed as a family of three, booking two rooms. The rooms were very beautiful and clean, and the staff were responsive. A huge thank you to the host, Sara, who arranged tours to the pyramids and old Cairo and helped with tickets. The location is unbeatable – the pyramids are right in front of the hotel. Breakfasts were good, especially thanks to chef Saeed who made sure we were full. Overall, everything was great. The guys were all solid. I also want to thank the Russian‑speaking man at reception, though I forgot his name – forgive me 😁. The staff even gave us a cartridge and bracelets as gifts, which was a very touching gesture. We were also greeted on the bus; we had driven ourselves from Hurghada to Cairo. Thank you for unforgettable Cairo memories.

The only issue was that, since I chose a room with a view, the entrance to the building was not the same as the reception entrance. Breakfast was varied, but not everything was fresh.
