When we got to the hotel nobody was there to let us in, and the phone just rang unanswered. We tried calling several times and left messages, but got absolutely no response. I still don’t get how this place stays listed as available.

Arrived and the front desk never opened for us. Our WhatsApp messages were ignored, and there was literally nobody around to help. It felt like we were invisible.

The rooms are big and comfortable, and the price seems fair compared with the level of service. The only drawback is the kitchen – it’s missing most of the basic utensils you’d expect.

My reservation was cancelled the same day I arrived because of a pipe problem, which felt like a huge disrespect after booking well in advance, especially during the holiday rush. It left me stranded with no place to stay.

The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, which made the stay feel welcoming. The only downside was that the neighborhood sometimes has a few homeless people around, which can be a bit unsettling.
