Everything was perfect: the breakfast was fantastic, the bed was super comfy with air conditioning, the location was great, and the host and her dog were lovely. Nothing negative.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Cheney House Bed and Breakfast. Charlotte and Peter were very friendly, personable and accommodating. The food was delicious and beyond expectations. The property was well kept, clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed how quiet and relaxing the house and surrounding area was. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Going up the stairs to the rooms was the only issue if you have knee or ankle issues. However, my wife and I were able to adjust and still enjoy our stay

Although it was a little farther out from Weirs Beach for Laconia Bike Week, the extra 10‑minute drive was well worth it; the place was clean, quiet, and beautiful.
