The room was clean, new, and spacious—just the right proportions, which I really liked. But it wasn't soundproof; outside noise was loud, and when the door opened or closed you could hear people talking. I couldn't figure out why the TV sound didn't bleed out to the hallway—it was confusing.

The location was good and the room comfortable. However, the bed sheet had a hole, and the reception staff didn’t speak English well at all. I understand it’s in Thailand, but the hotel caters to many tourists, so better English would be expected.

The property was clean and new, and the rooms were big, which is great! I’d definitely stay again, and the location is good. Nothing was wrong—everything was fine.
