The staff were excellent, doing everything possible to make the stay enjoyable. The restaurant was great.

The staff showed warmth and dutifulness. The room wifi was frustrating, especially for a working trip.

Breakfast was okay, with fresh juices, omelettes, and a varied selection at the restaurant. Since the director is Indian, the Indian cuisine was also very good. The only downside was that payment could only be made in USD and UGX, not in euros.

I’ve never seen such professionalism and politeness at a hotel before; the staff at Dreamland Hotel were super‑polite and communicated excellently. Growing up outside Uganda, I’ve only visited Arua 5–6 times, and the development in my dad’s village is astonishing—Dreamland is a prime example of a business that’s creating jobs and raising living standards. Back in 1996 the area was mostly bushland, and now this beautiful hotel stands proudly where there was nothing, proving how far progress has come. It’s great to see a company positively impacting the local economy and community, and I hope Dreamland continues to thrive. The quality is exceptional and the standards feel truly world‑class; the service here even surpasses many hotels I’ve stayed at across the UK and Africa. Dreamland Hotel really stands out.
