The building was tidy, the room was well-equipped with all the bathroom products, and the location near the station was excellent. The staff were available via WhatsApp with precise instructions for entering the room and responded quickly. The sink and bidet splashed when opened too far, but just opening them a little fixes it.

The room was lovely and the location was in the town centre. The host communicated excellently and replied very quickly to our messages. The daily market outside caused some early‑morning noise, but it didn’t really bother us.

The accommodation was very central in the beautiful La Spezia and you could conveniently visit Cinque Terre from there! The room was also cozy and spacious. There is no air conditioning, and it gets very, very loud in the mornings, especially after 4 am.
