The host blocked my phone number after a fraudulent booking was made in my name with my credit cards, and I asked him to cancel. He refused to cancel and also refused to refund.

I decided not to stay after seeing the place from the outside. It was a huge empty house far from the city centre. I arrived in the evening and it seemed abandoned, so I left and went to the city centre to find another place. I hope I can be refunded.

Arrival was very difficult: calls and messages went unanswered, so I had to rely on a neighbor and other travelers to find a way into the accommodation, which was very stressful, alone outside in the middle of the night. Additionally, the cleanliness was lacking, with hair found in the room. Better communication and stricter cleaning are essential.
