The food was really delicious, with endless varieties that made it easy for families with small children to find something they liked, and the fact that it was cooked hot on the spot was much appreciated. However, the indoor games room was poorly maintained; the games were scattered and it was a hassle to locate them.

The riverside view was nice, but I can't even begin to explain how frustrating this property was. They assigned us a room with an unbearable smell, the pool was not working, and the most annoying part was that NOBODY PICKED UP THE DAMN PHONEEEE. We kept trying to reach someone for help and felt trapped in the room because no one answered, even my room‑service request went unanswered. Please avoid booking this place.
