“Atendimento bom e acomodação suficiente e básica que atende as principais necessidades.”
The hotel covers basic needs and sits in a good spot. The staff at check‑in were very attentive. Selma (hope I spelled her name right) went out of her way to resolve a confusing booking that might have involved a guest swap, ultimately finding a solution that let us settle in without hassle, and Gutemberg answered my phone calls politely, clearing up all my questions. I think the rate is high for what’s offered; the rooms feel a bit dated, the TV only has free channels and isn’t a smart TV, so we couldn’t stream with our login, and the pool is very basic—though we didn’t use it because of the weather. Overall, I wasn’t thrilled, but the hotel still met the essentials.

The mattress is great! The power outlets and light switches could be closer to the bedheads; a small improvement would help. The breakfast could start earlier, at 6 am instead of 6:30 am, because that delay already pushes many people back to work.
I loved the hotel… the breakfast was very complete! The bed was super comfortable! Nothing else! The staff treated me exceptionally well!
