The room’s layout was that of an old‑style inn, which was relaxing. The interior was well maintained and kept clean. The long‑duration open‑air bath for women had a rough ground that was painful on bare feet. The location was wonderful, and since the three Itoen Group buildings share entrances and baths, the annex is a good deal. The buffet was the same every day, so for multiple nights it’s better to look for a stay‑only option. Also, the interior felt extremely cold to me; I ate my meals shivering. The weather was cold, the rain and wind were strong, and by sunset the air‑conditioner settings needed reconsideration. I was shivering in the dining area, my nose was congested, and that was the worst.
