The room TV was broken, blinds were missing so the car‑park steps could see into the room, iron scorch marks appeared on the carpet, there were no spoons for hot drinks, the bathroom door handle was hanging off, the curtain tie hook was loose, and the room door had no lock. Guests argued loudly from 05.00 to 07.30 on the stairs outside our room in the car‑park, then walked back into the hotel area.

It had a smoking area. Stair are very steep you know just one flies stairs but two

I want to commend Rob, the staff member in charge when I arrived. He was excellent, patient, and made the room feel like home. No other issues.
