The hotel’s tranquility is great. Everything else is fine.

We loved that it’s far from the city center, so we didn’t have to enter the city; the subdivision is very exclusive, with beautiful gardens and two large pools, and the maintenance is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the billiard area, lobby, and restaurant are all great, with a fresh, pleasant scent that makes you want to stay. I recommend it 100 %! The only downside was finding a cockroach in the bathroom, and the TV could use more channels and a slightly larger screen.

The pool and its surroundings are great, but the place feels a bit old. Aside from the pool, the rooms, the restaurant, and the building itself look dated, and the humidity has taken over the entire structure.

I love the pool. The TV remote didn't work, and the neighbors in the room above were very noisy at night.
