Very easy to get to, clean, and convenient. No negatives.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the location was great if you’re heading to the 02 or the tube station just down the road. However, there were some stains on the bedding and I was woken up by someone showering early in the morning.

Easy to find, a secure house with a private room, great for a group base, excellent transport links, and the fans in the room were appreciated because the house was warm. The rooms could use some modernising as they no longer match the photos, and the shower unit should be replaced because one head isn’t working.
