We arrived late, the guy who handled us (a Brazilian) was super cheerful, super attentive, and had just finished cleaning everything. We came in to open the door because the intercom wasn’t working properly and he showed us the hostel. We slept very well, no noise, everything clean and spotless. It’s located 3 minutes on foot from Atocha. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING

Clean, a sink in the room and the option to make coffee. There was a balcony (but it faced the road). Only 2 bathrooms with toilets for 10 rooms.

Ubicación, a 5 min de la estación de Atocha. Muy mala experiencia, cogimos este lugar ya que está al lado de Atocha donde llegábamos tarde, cuando llegamos a las 22h, se habían equivocado y habían metido a otras personas en nuestra habitación, y ya no tenían más habitaciones triples. Una hora estuvimos esperando a que encontraran una solución, que fue finalmente meter a las dos chicas que metieron erróneamente en nuestra habitación a una doble, y la nuestra limpiarla rápido mientras esperábamos. Además de todo esto, el edificio estaba en obras y carecía de ascensor, además de que el baño no tenía WC, solo ducha y lavabo
