The staff were nice, but there were so many bad points. We were put in room 11, which was clearly a broom room. The litter was run of the litter. The shower was broken at the bottom, which was known about, so the floor was completely flooded. The sink was glued up. The door catch was broken. The spare pillow was dirty. Uht milk was in a £263 room. The towels were scrawny and I wouldn't send them to a charity shop. The cabinet was scruffy and marked, and we had already complained about it. There was a huge gap at the bottom of the door, which was already known about, and it glares the night landing light in. So disappointing.

Great location, fantastic view, but the room was small and very dated. The restaurant was good, but the price didn't match the value.
