It’s in the main market, but it sits on the third floor with no elevator, making the steep stairs a big problem for patients. The complimentary lunch menu was empty, and the food that was ordered came from the street and tasted bad. Pillow covers had hair on them and hadn’t been changed.

I’ve visited this hotel with my family before and each time the experience was good: modern rooms, cooperative staff. The food could use some improvement.
