Sainte Famille Hotel

The restaurant staff were really friendly, especially Ange. The food was good and breakfast was very nice. The man who runs the pool is also very kind and seems like a great swimming instructor. The Friday night concert vibe was great. The room’s soundproofing was insufficient; we had to use earplugs because we could hear the whole city.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a series of mistakes, starting with the incorrect room assignment - I had booked a suite with five beds, but was given a room with only a double bed. The receptionist offered to upgrade me to a second room for an additional $100, which we declined, and then offered it for $60, but by that point, we had decided to cancel our stay and check into another hotel. We lost valuable time and energy, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Service et gentillesse au top”

I was impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff - their service really stood out and could easily rival a 4-star hotel. However, I did notice that the shower was almost inadequate, but it's such a minor issue that I didn't let it bother me. Overall, the staff's friendliness made up for any small shortcomings.

I appreciated the hotel's effort to serve Indian cuisine, which was a nice touch. Although it may not have been perfect, it was clear they were trying to cater to different tastes. Overall, their attempt was commendable.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the live music show at the restaurant was played at a very high volume, making it difficult for me to rest.
