The hotel was clean and beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating - we had a great time laughing together.

The view of the Mediterranean Sea was breathtaking, but unfortunately, the hotel itself was a major letdown. It was far from what I'd expect from a budget 4-star hotel. I had a confirmed booking for a room with two beds, but they tried to upsell me on a room with a separate bedroom after an hour of negotiations. To make matters worse, there was a leaky faucet in the bathroom that took three signals over 12 hours to fix. I had to resort to using a mop from the cleaning staff to clean myself.

I arrived late in the evening for a two‑night stay and ran into an issue with my room at check‑in; nobody asked me anything, they switched rooms smoothly, apologized and even invited me to the restaurant. The hotel staff were very client‑focused and handled the situation expertly, which earned every point for me, and I loved the beachside kitchen, the clean beach with plenty of loungers, the spotless linens and towels, and the very comfortable bed and pillows. The building, however, looks very old and could use a renovation, the rooms feel worn out, the lift is in poor condition, and the carpet and curtains are subpar. Breakfast was rather meagre, especially compared with the neighboring hotel that offered more dishes and a wider fruit selection.
