Perched 45 m above Zermatt, The Omnia is accessed via tunnel to a lobby. Guests dine on cuisine in the restaurant or terrace, then relax by a fireplace with espresso or grappa. The spa offers treatments. Rooms feature balconies and Wi‑Fi. A taxi service links the hotel to the station, heliport, and airports, and slopes are a 15‑minute walk away.

Service and facilities, especially the sauna and jacuzzi, were great; the breakfast was also outstanding. Nothing to dislike.

Everything from arrival to departure was world‑class, thanks to the amazing staff and facilities. The only downside was that our room wasn’t the best in terms of location inside the hotel, and some rooms had questionable views and outlooks.

Among all the hotels we stayed at on this trip, this one was the best; the staff were always very polite and we felt well treated. The comfort of the facilities was perfect, not to mention the view, making our honeymoon truly special.
