“Our stay at CDG”

The airport shuttle service was good. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed two nights. The Saturday morning breakfast was good. The room was clean. A blocked sink drain was cleared by a very pleasant maintenance man within the hour of reporting it. The room was clean. We stayed two nights. There was a kettle with coffee and tea, no milk and reception was unable to provide milk. The room temp could not be increased past 23 cel. Our room was cold. The coffee and tea was not topped up for the second night but the towel were. Dining options were limited to the cafe except morning breakfast. The Sunday morning breakfast was not completely ready at 7am. Scrambled eggs didn’t arrive until 7.30am. Cappuccino coffee was expensive in the cafe. Fixing little annoyances would make this hotel really good

“I was happy with the accommodation. I chose it because of the shuttle service which was a big let down.”

The room and common areas were clean. The shuttle service was a problem: I waited two hours and made three calls to the hotel, each time being told the shuttle was on its way, but it never arrived. I finally had to take an Uber to get to the hotel.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport is great, and the free shuttle makes getting there a breeze. I enjoyed the dinner at the on‑site restaurant and the breakfast in the morning, and the staff were very friendly. However, the carpet in my room looked dirty with lots of stains; it either needs to be steamed or replaced, though the rest of the room was clean.

Las sábanas estaban usadas y me dio alergia toda la noche. Además lo tome por que tenían un shuttler gratis al hotel y resulta que no es 24 horas me toco pagar el taxi. Las camas limpias
