“HORRIBLE”
I recently had a truly disappointing stay at this hotel due to its numerous issues. The room was not cleaned properly, with dirty linens and broken amenities such as smoke detectors and toilets. To make matters worse, I encountered roaches in the room, which completely ruined my experience. The hotel's poor maintenance and cleanliness are major concerns that need to be addressed.
